Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year Quilt...

Here's my progress since Thanksgiving weekend on the Celtic Solstice.
Done with Step 1:

And a little bit of Step 2 - just to try it out...

Then I jumped ahead and made a few of the 4 patches from Step 4

and played around in EQ7 to see how these might all fit together.

No, I still have not made any pinwheels for Step 3 yet... maybe after Christmas!

I'm still not sure whether I like the bright oranges with the yellows, blues & greens but I'm trusting Bonnie on this one!
